This Privacy Policy describes how My Beauty World ("we", "our", or "the App"), developed for Jessica Nail & Beauty Supply customers, collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to deliver professional ordering, rewards management, and live order tracking:

Contact & Account Info: Phone number and/or email address used to authenticate via one-time SMS verification (OTP), your name, and delivery address.
Order & Purchase History: Past salon orders, invoice amounts, order status, and accumulated VIP loyalty reward points.
Device Push Token: Used solely to deliver order fulfillment updates, dispatch notifications, and transactional account notices.

📷 Real-Time Camera Usage Disclosure

The App requests camera access solely to enable the physical barcode scanner for identifying nail polish and salon supplies. Video frames and photos are processed in real-time entirely on your device and are never recorded, transmitted, or stored on external servers. Microphone and audio permissions are disabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

To verify your trade account and manage loyalty rewards point balances.
To process orders and provide live shipping and fulfillment status updates.
To diagnose application stability, performance metrics, and crash events via anonymized monitoring (Sentry).

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing networks. Information is only processed through trusted infrastructure services strictly required to run the App (Shopify ecommerce backend, secure SMS delivery, and hosting servers).

4. Account Deactivation & Data Deletion (Apple Compliance)

You have full autonomy over your data. In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, you can permanently deactivate and schedule your account for deletion directly within the mobile application at any time:

Navigate to Settings → Delete Account
Confirm deletion to immediately disable future logins, purge cached identifiers, and alert our support team to remove personal records from our customer database.
